Return Policy
Pauls Limited is happy for you to return any item you purchase from our site within 14 calendar days of receiving it (Christmas Excluded). During this period, you can return the item for any reason. If you return any item because of change of mind you will have to pay the cost of returning it. There will be no charge for returning an item that is faulty. All items, however, will be checked before shipping to ensure they are as described and are free from damage or faults. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Exceptions: In the interest of health & safety we cannot accept returns of:
Underwear once the original sealed packaging and tags have been opened or removed.
How can I return items?
If you have purchased from our online site, you can make a return via An Post or through a parcel or courier service, our delivery partner is DPD. You must have your order number. If you purchased an item in store you can only return the item back to the store. (You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s).
Returning items by post or courier/parcel services:
Re-pack the items in the original packaging with all the original labels and tags attached. A returns form will be enclosed with your order. Simply complete your returns form and enclose it with your repackaged items and return it to Pauls Limited, Web Returns, 12/14 High Street, Kilkenny, R95 FF67.
